Chapter 2: Change
It's been two weeks since I posted even though I was trying to update every week but I lost track of time...
So I've now come off my migraine medication and feeling so much better. All the side effects I was having have almost completely disappeared which is amazing.
I was meant to go for acupuncture but I'm terrified of needles so have put that off till later when I want to give it a go.
So I've started writing down what I'm eating along side a migraine diary to try and figure out if anything triggers them or makes them especially worse.
However I'm back being as vegan and process free as possible as many people have said this has helped. Having ginger and lemon shots everyday makes me feel amazing along with drinking Turmeric lattes before bed.

Will have to see how long I can stick at it along with going to the gym three times a week and swimming whenever possible. I've got more time on my hands to having finished school and less stressed due to exams finishing.
I feel it can only get better from here but we'll see.
